2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), interest and message.
- Complaints Book: name, ID number, email, phone (optional) and details of the claim or complaint.
- Technical data: IP address and basic browsing data, for security and abuse prevention.
- Visit statistics: we count visits with our own method, with no cookies and no third parties. We store the page visited, the referring site and the device type, together with an irreversible daily code used only to estimate unique visitors; it cannot identify you or follow you across days. We honor your browser's “Do Not Track” setting.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and the content of the conversation under that platform's terms.
3. Purposes
- Answer your inquiries and send the information or quote you requested.
- Handle claims and complaints.
- Keep the site secure and prevent spam.
- With your consent, measure site usage through analytics cookies.
We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those stated without your consent.
4. Retention period
We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and for the periods required by law. After that we delete or anonymize it.
5. Recipients and transfers
We may use infrastructure, email and messaging providers acting on our behalf under appropriate security measures, some located outside Peru. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and backups.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), and withdraw your consent, by writing to us through the contact form with the subject “Personal data”. If you believe we have not handled your request, you may turn to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
8. Minors
This site is not aimed at people under 18.
